This Privacy Policy explains how the Mobilen Labs Employee App ("App") collects, uses, stores, and protects information used strictly for internal company operations. Mobilen Labs is a Delaware-incorporated entity with operations in New Jersey. This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and, where applicable to processing activities, the State of New Jersey.
This App is intended only for authorized employees, staff members, and approved internal users of Mobilen Labs. It is not available for public registration or general public use.

The App collects location data only when expressly enabled by the employee through device-level permissions. Precise (GPS-level) location is collected only while the App is in active use and only when required for a specific function such as attendance check-in or field-operations verification. The App does not collect background location data. Employees may revoke location permissions at any time through their device settings without losing access to non-location features of the App.

In the event of a confirmed personal data breach affecting employee information, Mobilen Labs will notify affected employees and, where required, the New Jersey Division of State Police and the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs in accordance with N.J.S.A. 56:8-163 et seq., without unreasonable delay and consistent with the needs of law enforcement and any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the integrity of the data system.
Employee information is retained for as long as necessary for employment administration, legal compliance, internal records management, and company policy requirements. Upon termination of employment or when data is no longer required, information will be securely archived or deleted as applicable.
